Description

The Ironwear 5240 is an FDA compliant, level 4 surgical gown made with 50 gram SMS fabric designed for protection against liquids and viruses that could cause infectious disease. This gown intended to be worn by health care personnel during surgical procedures to protect both the patient and themselves from the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids and particulate matter. An adjustable hook and loop neckline ensures proper closure, and back ties seal the gown as required by the ANSI/AAMI PB70: 2012 Level 4 standard. Knit cuffs fit securely under surgical gloves, while ample room in the chest and sleeves allows unrestricted movement.
