Online Orders - Distributors
Will Call
- All will call orders require 3 hours to process and pull from the time the order is confirmed via order confirmation mail. Timing is based on Ironwear’s operating hours. Operating hours are as follows;
- Texas: 8:30am - 5pm CST
- Florida: 8:30am - 5pm EST
- Rush Will Call orders are available at a fee of $25, pickup time will be confirmed back from our support team. To request a rush will call add the “Website Rush Charge” to your cart. A member of our support team will reach out to confirm your pick up time after the order is placed.
- Any will call order that has not been picked up within 7 days of purchase will be charged a $25 fee for each week the order has not been picked up.
- Upon pick up, the PO/Order number must be presented for the warehouse to release your order
- Once the order leaves our warehouse, Ironwear is no longer responsible for any shortages. Counts must be performed in warehouse and signed off on before the product leaves.
Minimum Order Value
- All orders under $300 will incur a $25 minimum order charge (MOC).
Shipping
- Ironwear does not ship orders “blind” (hiding Ironwear name from paperwork).
- The following shipping options are available upon check out:
- Our various live rates for ground/next day air/2nd day shipping.
- “My own carrier”, you can enter your own shipper account number to cover shipping directly.
- Will call pick up - if you’re local to our warehouse, you can select this option to pick up 3 hours after the order has been confirmed. See “Will Call” section for further details.
- No additional fees will be charged upon request to change a shipping order to a will call order.
- For freight shipments, should any of the following be required, the fees are as noted;
- Delivery Notification: $30.00
- Lift Gate: $90.00
- Limited Access: $150.00
- Residential (LTL): $100.00
- Inside delivery: $100.00
- Any fees incurred by Ironwear that were not previously advised will be billed back to the customer and are subject to fluctuation.
Personalized orders
- Personalized orders do not have a minimum order value, but will follow Ironwear’s Print Services Guidelines.
- Only one logo/design can be submitted per purchase order.
- Non-print and print items cannot be processed on the same purchase order.
- Exceptions can be made for related accessories to ship on the same order.
- Items cannot be added to a purchase order once the order has been processed.
- Print fees do not apply toward the freight-paid minimum.
Shipping Cut Offs
- Most orders placed by 1pm EST will ship the same day.
Order Cancellations/Revisions
- Orders can be edited with no additional fees up to 60 minutes (15 minutes for will call orders) after the order has been placed. You can edit your order through the order confirmation page. Edits that can be made are as follows:
- Edit/Change shipping address
- Remove/Add Items
- Change products quantities
- Request order cancellation
- Change/edit payment method
- Apply discount code
- Edit/add order notes
- After the order editing window has been closed, order adjustments can no longer be made. If you need further assistance with your order, please reach out to support@ironwear.com.
- If an order requires cancellation outside of the editing window, there is a Cancellation Fee of 2% of the order (rounded up to the nearest dollar), with a minimum charge of $25.
- Any cancelled line item(s) outside of the editing window will incur a Revised Order Fee of 2% of the cancelled items (rounded up to the nearest dollar) with a minimum of $25.
- Items cannot be added to an order after the editing window has closed, if any additional items are needed a new order will need to be placed.
- Please note, if you have added a rush charge to your order, there will be no window to edit your order.
After-Hours Order Processing
- In the event an order is required to be processed outside of Ironwear’s standard operating hours, please contact your Account Manager directly.
- Please note that any order processed outside of Ironwear’s operating hours will incur a $500 “After-Hours Processing Fee”.
- All after-hour orders are subject to confirmation from Ironwear personnel.

- Shipping is free for all orders over $75.
- All orders under $75 will receive various live rate shipping options to select upon check out.
- Orders can be picked up directly from our warehouse if the items are available in the warehouse nearest you. Will call pick ups are available 3 hours after the order is confirmed. See “Will Call” section for further details.
- No additional fees will be charged upon request to change a shipping order to a will call order.

- In the event an order is required to be processed outside of Ironwear’s standard operating hours, please add the “Emergency Order” SKU to your cart. Place your order and someone from our team will reach out as soon as possible.
- Please note that any order processed outside of Ironwear’s operating hours will incur a $500 “After-Hours Processing Fee”.
- All after-hour orders are subject to confirmation from Ironwear personnel.

- For all will call orders, a member of our support team will confirm your pick up time with you via email, please do not arrive at the warehouse prior to your provided pick up time.
- Any will call order that has not been picked up within 7 days of purchase will be charged a $25 fee for each week the order has not been picked up.
- Upon pick up, the PO/Order number must be presented for the warehouse to release your order
- Once the order leaves our warehouse, Ironwear is no longer responsible for any shortages. Counts must be performed in warehouse and signed off on before the product leaves.

- Ironwear is unable to coordinate with 3rd party logistic companies in order to figure out what routing information is needed for a specific order. If an order does not qualify for prepaid freight we can:
- Add the freight cost to your invoice based on the lowest value carrier we use
- Use your freight ground account number to ship your order
- Utilize any LTL freight company that you choose that will count cartons at origin and bill collect or via 3rd party account number
Personalized Orders
- Personalized orders do not have a minimum order value, but will follow Ironwear’s Print Services Guidelines.

- Non-print and print items cannot be processed on the same purchase order.

Order Cancellations/Revisions
- If a purchase order requires cancellation and has already been processed an “Order Cancellation Fee” of 2% of the total order value (rounded up to the nearest dollar) will be charged with a minimum fee of $25.
- Products can be added to an existing order if the order has not been picked up/shipped. Any products added to an order will not incur additional fees. Please note adding to an order may delay the pick-up time/shipping time.
- Please always wait for confirmation from our team for will call pick-up times.
- Products removed from an order that is in process will incur a 2% “Revised Order Fee” of the products value (rounded up to the nearest dollar) with a minimum fee of $25.
After-Hours Order Processing

- Please note that any order processed outside of Ironwear’s operating hours will incur a $500 “After Hours Processing Fee”.
